Are you friendly, dependable, organized, and great with people?
Our growing State Farm insurance office in Edmond, Oklahoma is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to join our team.
This is more than a traditional receptionist role. You'll be an important part of our customer experience—helping customers with their insurance needs, solving problems, handling service requests, and making sure every person who contacts our office feels taken care of.
Insurance experience is NOT required. We're willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally
- Greet customers and create a welcoming office experience
- Assist with billing, payments, policy changes, documents, and general questions
- Follow up on customer requests and help resolve issues
- Schedule appointments and manage office communications
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Help customers understand their insurance and next steps
- Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate team member
- Work with our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
